Montemar — two villas on inhabited Santa Cruz. The island carries life that does not depend on the resort, so the island does not define the experience — the parcel does. Leaving this collection is not entry to another: the receiving collection says yes in its own voice, and until it does the record is outside every collection, which is lawful. Private Resorts declined the referral on 18 September: two buildings are not a territory at any scale. The record is now held by no collection of the House, which is lawful — leaving one is not entering another. Correction of 23 September: the villas stand on a 43-acre private reserve, as the Library established. This register's card omitted it and Private Resorts declined without it; the record is returned to them for rereading.

The record was not withdrawn for want of evidence. It was withdrawn because the judgement went the other way: on the evidence, the subject belongs to another collection of the House.
A withdrawn code is never reissued. LHL-I-062 will not point at a second subject, and the property key stays with the physical object wherever its record is now held.
