Isolaria

An Amalfi Coast island let whole, whose identity needs establishing before anything else.

Full entry · sources recorded · verification stamp pending

The entry covers a private island on the Amalfi Coast offered for exclusive-use rental — a stretch of coast with very few genuine islands, of which Li Galli is the best known. The register holds this record open because the name appears in circulation without a clearly documented property behind it, and because a separate Amalfi record in this register may describe the same island under a different name.

This is Status Unverified in the strongest sense: the first task is not to confirm the inventory but to establish which island is meant and whether it is a distinct property from LHL-I-061. Until that is settled, nothing about capacity, staff or rates belongs on this page.

A possible duplicate. Two Amalfi records in one register is a defect, not a feature, and this entry exists partly to make the defect visible rather than to hide it.

Amalfi islands are few. The scarcity is why names circulate loosely here, and why the register is slower to publish than the rental market is.

Who it is not for

Isolaria is wrong for any traveller planning a booking, since the register cannot yet say what the property is. It is wrong as a comparison point for other Mediterranean islands until it is identified. And it is wrong for anyone relying on published capacity figures, which do not exist here. Those wanting a confirmed Mediterranean island should look at Tagomago or Zannier Île de Bendor.

  • Status Unverified — identity of the island not established. Possible duplicate of Lubrense Private Island (LHL-I-061).
  • First action: establish which island is meant, then merge or separate the records.

Booking

Private Island Resorts arranges each stay on request, quoting the rates available for the island and dates. No benefit should be assumed unless it is confirmed in writing for the individual reservation.
