Sapodilla Private Island
Three Belizean islets for one party, with the staff sleeping on a separate one.
Sapodilla lies inside the Belize Barrier Reef, reached by boat from the mainland, and comprises a small group of islets held together — guest accommodation on one, staff quarters on another. That arrangement, which the register records because very few properties do it, means the party has its island entirely to itself once service ends for the evening.
The property is let whole to a single group, all-inclusive, with a chef, guides and boats. Diving, snorkelling and the flats are the day; the mainland's jungle and Maya sites are reachable.
