A Private Island Inside a Resort

Its own island, its own staff, the parent resort a boat ride away.

6 records for an arrangement that looks like a contradiction and is not: an island of your own, with a full resort across the water. The land is exclusively yours, the kitchens and the dive centre are not, and that is what makes the product possible at all.

Four villas cannot fund eleven restaurants. A seventy-three-villa parent can, and the islet borrows the whole apparatus by boat. Voavah in Baa Atoll, the Cheval Blanc island at Randheli, the two Shebara ensembles — each is let entire, each has staff who work only for that party, and each sits minutes from a resort that supplies everything a private island normally cannot.

The register files these as Entire Island by shelf and marks the scope separately, because the buyer should know both facts: nobody else is on your land, and the resort is close enough to walk to the boat.

Not for travellers who want the sense of being the last people on earth. The parent is visible, its guests are visible, and the isolation is legal rather than geographic.
