Kanuhura sits in Lhaviyani Atoll, reached by seaplane or by domestic flight and boat. The property holds three islands: guests stay on Kanuhura itself, while Jehunuhura and Masleggihura are kept undeveloped and used for picnics, dinners and days alone. Around eighty villas hold the main island, with a beach that runs its full length, a spa and a dive centre.
